Konsènan Retreat la
YON RETIRE ENTÈJENERASYONÈL, PERYÒD .
Li se byen li te ye ke stigma kiltirèl ak mank de edikasyon règ ka lakòz laperèz ak wont pou ti fi kòmanse vwayaj règ yo nan menarche (ensidan nan premye peryòd la). Anplis de sa, gen fwaye ant jenerasyon kote paran yo ak fanmi ki pi gran yo te fè fas ak stigma peryòd ak kondisyon sante repwodiktif ki gen eksperyans an silans.
Love Your Menses' Menstrual Wellness Retreat se yon espas ki an sekirite ak gerizon pou tifi ak paran/gadyen yo pou angaje yo nan dyalòg enpòtan sou sante repwodiktif, pataje istwa peryòd, jwenn aksè a resous yo bezwen pou yo byen ak pwospere, ak bati sè.
Retrè sa a pral prezante:
Atelye Byennèt
Yoga / Meditasyon / Masaj
Oratè envite

Aktivite Amizan
& PLIS TOUJOU!
